We were approached by Halton Borough Council to deliver a workshop on Emotional Intelligence, it was delivered by Gail Hesketh-Calland for their continuous improvement workshop.

During the workshop the group were asked to complete a series of assessments to measure their own Emotional Intelligence and to get more of an understanding of what Emotional Intelligence is.
