Our Anger Management courses are totally confidential, we have over 26 years experience working with all age groups to better understand themselves in turn helping them to control their anger.

Anger is one of the least understood emotions, in fact most people when asked what anger is  reply "it is when someone screams or shouts at you or try's to hit you".  These are just actions that can come with anger.

Anger is the same as being depressed, having anxiety, being sad or happy. It is an emotion just the same as every other emotion. All emotions can be controlled if you really what to control them, first you need to understand them or yourself, as you are your emotions.

Here at Positive Future we will help you assess your emotions and what are the triggers, once we have ascertained what provokes the anger emotion we then develop a plan and strategy to help regulate and deal with situations in a positive way and having less stress in life.
